PAKTUR carries out intermediation for employment and recruitment under the Private Employment Agency Licence issued by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR).
PAKTUR is not an employer; it is a Private Employment Agency that acts as an intermediary between employers and jobseekers. Candidate sourcing, assessment and introduction to employers, together with the follow-up and coordination of work permit processes, fall within the scope of our service. The statutory obligations of the employer and the candidate remain reserved.
Under Law No. 4904, charging jobseekers a fee is prohibited.
